Music in Motion

okay this time im writing in about this concert at victoria theatre called Music in Motion.

interesting concert. having choirs perform with instruments of all sorts. of course the usual is the piano and here they utilised both the classical piano as well as the electrical keyboard. there were the usual drum sets, a couple of other kinds such as the flute.

its was fun and the programme was of all kinds. there were O Fortuna, Adiemus, Keintahan Taman, I Wrote the Songs, What the World Need is Love and many more... overall it was enjoyable for the new corwd but to me and maybe a few friends, it felt a little 'ge tai' cos of the emplifier blasting so that everyone in the space can hear. blame it on the acoustic, blame it on the space but somehow Victoria Theatre is a place more suitable for Theatrical stuffs than Musical stuffs that presents music more than stage movement.
