SCO

i should have paid more attention to Singapore Chinese Orchestra.
my roots to music comes from Chinese Orchestra a long time ago when im 10 years old.
it was in primary school and i fall in love with the practice and up close enjoyment that i wouldnt experience if im an audience.
although it would have changed if my parents agreed to let me join choir instead.
but then i was really sorry towards the conductor of choir cos she wanted me to join and did ask me personally...
but at least i found out what choir was really like cos i wanted to prove her correct.
thank goodness i am doing really well now!

SCO is a really impressive orchestra.
i had a first hand experience of working with them recently in a performance of movie shows.
the professional way the whole rehersal was conducted and the way we are taught to project at change our voice to suit the orchestra was really nice.
the conductor was really humble and the performers really nice people... we are not even an arms reach of their stand but they treat us like fellow friends.
not to mention all other new and exciting performances that they experimented and performed exceptionally well in...
maybe its their turn to perform overseas in major festivals.

i'll be rooting for you!
